The hire will perform due diligence including, but not limited to, financial and operational analysis, transaction structuring and industry research on prospective private debt investments. Also, he or she will perform various tasks related to product reporting while monitoring current investments, market research, internal requests, fund marketing efforts, and new deal originations. Candidates should have three to five years working as a corporate or investment banking analyst or in an associate program at a private equity fund, a private debt fund or a business development company.

The hire will analyze funds and assist the senior members of the fund diligence team through team resource allocation, managing day-to-day aspects of fund analysis and oversight of the functional team as well as assisting in communication with general partners and clients.
