Salt Creek Capital is currently seeking to hire “accomplished executives” who are interested in becoming a president and CEO of an acquired company. Applicants should have proven P & L experience, ten plus years of management experience and the ability to relocate.

M&A advisory firm Lincoln International is recruiting for a vice president of its valuations and opinions group. Duties include leading project teams providing valuation and financial advisory services to clients, including determining appropriate valuation methodologies and reviewing financial models for illiquid debt and equity investments, business enterprise valuations and hedge fund/private equity valuations. He or she should have a minimum of five years of experience in performing business valuations, valuations of illiquid and complex securities, and fairness opinions. The hire should have a working knowledge of credit and M&A markets. The job is in Chicago. Aberdeen Asset Management is looking to hire an investment manager for its Philadelphia office. Responsibilities include managing investment funds to maximize return on client investments. The hire will conduct investment research, documentation and analysis for companies of all sizes and across all economic sectors. Candidates should have a bachelor’s or a foreign equivalent degree in business, finance or a related field, plus five years of post-bachelor’s progressive-related work experience in the investment industry.

GIC is interviewing for assistant vice president of private equity secondaries. Duties include sourcing of secondary investment opportunities from own network, intermediaries, investment partners and other industry contacts. He or she will conduct quantitative and qualitative due diligence on prospective private equity investments. Applicants should have at least four years experience in private equity. The job is in New York.

Nashville-based venture firm Heritage Group is looking to add an associate to its team. The hire will work with other members of the firm’s team to prepare financial models and valuation analyses for potential investments. Also, he or she will perform market research and due diligence on potential investments. Candidates should have two to four years of experience in investment banking, consulting or private equity.
