Duties include managing multiple fund relationships, such as scheduling and meeting all client deliverables; maintaining and managing client expectations; and, coordinating deliverables’ timelines with staff. Also he or she should demonstrate strong knowledge of accounting, specifically with respect to alternative investment funds, with a focus on private equity funds. Candidates should have seven to 10 plus years’ experience in accounting, with a focus on alternative investments funds. Private equity experience is a plus.
High Road Capital Partners is looking to add a private equity senior associate to its New York team. The successful candidate will work closely with the firm’s transaction teams to assist in the execution of platform and add-on acquisitions that meet their investment criteria. Also, he or she will be involved in portfolio company monitoring and financial analysis, as well as industry research for acquisitions and portfolio companies. An MBA is required; candidates should have two plus years’ experience in private equity, investment banking or transaction financing at the smaller end of middle market.
