Z Capital Partners is looking to add an operating partner, gaming. The hire will be part of the investment team working on prospective and ongoing investments, primarily focused on private equity opportunities. Duties include conducting due diligence on prospective investment opportunities, assisting in the development, execution and maintenance of business plans and working with senior management to enhance the value of portfolio companies. Candidates must have a minimum of 10 years of demonstrated successful experience in CEO and/or CFO roles.

Ernst & Young is seeking a director of mergers & acquisitions for its office in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The hire will be involved in preparing proposals to prospective clients while identifying key issues and risks. Also, he or she will actively participate in the sell-side deal process including preparing the transaction documents such as teaser and information memorandum, in addition to contacting and following up with other E&Y offices and investors as well as responding to investor queries.

Ontario Pension Board is recruiting for a head of infrastructure at its Toronto office. The hire will play a leadership role in making and managing infrastructure investments around the world on a direct basis and through commitments to co-investments with infrastructure funds. Also, he or she will evaluate potential infrastructure investment opportunities, conduct research, develop investment recommendations, negotiate terms and execute transactions, monitor investments and manage relationships. Applicants should have eight to 10 years of infrastructure experience as well as an MBA or comparable post-graduate degree with a focus on finance. The position is a contract role for about six to 12 months.

Carleton College is seeking an operations manager for its investment office. The hire will head all operational procedures related to the management of the endowment. The hire will develop, document, implement, and monitor operations related to internal controls, performance measurement and accounting, internal and external reporting, manager due diligence, third-party vendor relationships, annual audit, regulatory compliance, transactions and data management. Qualified candidates should have five plus years of relevant experience. The job is in Minneapolis.

The Carlyle Group is looking to appoint a manager of equity programs. Duties include managing carried interest distributions and transactions, reviewing, overseeing and coordinating financial reporting related to equity transactions (realized and unrealized) for corporate accounting. Also, he or she will manage the clawback reporting deliverables and reserves, as well as various ad hoc requests/projects. Candidates should have five to seven years experience in accounting or a financial role involving analytical and management experience in addition to supervisory experience.

Cooper Investment Partners is looking to hire a private equity associate at its New York City office. Duties include developing complex financial models for valuation, financings, restructurings and liquidity events and conducting due diligence on potential acquisitions. Also, he or she will help develop and refine investment themes. Candidates should have significant experience in either M&A, leveraged finance or restructuring.
