Joe Kenny Joins Brookwood

Joe Kenny has joined Brookwood Associates, a middle-market I-bank, as a managing director in the firm's Charlotte office. He previously was a managing director in the M&A group of Wachovia Securities.

Brookwood Associates, LLC, a leading investment bank for middle market companies, is pleased to announce that Joseph F. Kenny has joined the firm as a Managing Director in its Charlotte office.  Mr. Kenny has worked in investment banking for over 20 years, most recently as a Managing Director in the Mergers & Acquisitions Group at Wachovia Securities.

Mr. Kenny began his investment banking career at Lehman Brothers in New York and then spent 13 years with Wachovia Securities and its predecessors, First Union Securities and Bowles Hollowell Conner & Co.   He has executed over 50 M&A advisory and book-managed capital markets transactions within the middle-market.  Mr. Kenny holds an M.B.A. from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania and is an honors graduate from the University of North Carolina where he was a Morehead Scholar.
