Global financial services firm JPMorgan Chase & Co. said Monday that it will name Linda B. Bammann and Michael A. Neal as directors of the company. Bammann’s appointment is expected to be effective on September 16, while Neal will join the board in January 2014. Bammann served as deputy head of risk management at JPMorgan Chase prior to her retirement.
