Kayne Partners has made an undisclosed investment in ColdLight Solutions. ColdLight is a provider of advanced analytics, predictive technology and machine learning science.
LOS ANGELES–(BUSINESS WIRE)–ColdLight Solutions, LLC (“ColdLight”), a global leader in applying automated machine learning science and advanced Big Data predictive analytics to drive better business outcomes for large enterprise customers, has partnered with Kayne Partners to accelerate growth and expansion of its business. Kayne Partners is the growth private equity group of Kayne Anderson Capital Advisors, L.P. a $24 billion alternative investment firm. Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
