Kelso & Company and Estancia Capital Management have completed their buy of American Beacon Advisors Inc. Financial terms were not announced. The deal was announced in November.

American Beacon Advisors, Inc. (“American Beacon”), a leading provider of investment advisory services to institutional and retail markets, announced today the completion of its acquisition by investment funds affiliated with Kelso & Company and Estancia Capital Management, two prominent private equity firms. Terms of the agreement were not otherwise disclosed.
