Kinderhook to sell Stratus to AMN for $475 mln

Kinderhook Industries LLC has agreed to sell Stratus Video to AMN Healthcare Services for $475 million. The deal is expected to close by early March 2020. Evercore was financial advisor to Stratus Video on the deal while J.P. Morgan did likewise to AMN. Based in Clearwater, Florida, Stratus is a provider of video remote language interpretation services for the healthcare industry.

New York, NY – Kinderhook Industries, LLC (“Kinderhook”) today announced a definitive agreement to sell Stratus Video (“Stratus” or the “Company”) to AMN Healthcare Services, Inc. (NYSE: AMN) for a purchase price of $475 million. The acquisition, subject to regulatory approvals and customary closing conditions, is expected to close by early March 2020.

Stratus, based in Clearwater, Florida, is the leading provider of video remote language interpretation services for the healthcare industry. The Company has grown rapidly since its founding in 2012, surpassing $100 million revenue in 2019.
