KKR-backed AppLovin beefs up C-suite with three new appointments

Palo Alto, California-based AppLovin, a mobile games company, has named Herald Chen as president and chief financial officer. Chen was most recently head of technology, media and telecom in the Americas at KKR. The company has also named Scott Shipman as chief legal officer and Elena Arutunian as chief accounting officer.
