KKR To Sell Cleanaway

KKR has agreed to sell Cleanaway Holdings Ltd., a provider of waste management services in Australia, New Zealand and Taiwan, to Transpacific Industries Group Ltd. for Au$1.25 billion. KKR will retain the BIS Cleanaway logistics business. KKR originally acquired the entire company for Au$1.83 billion last year
