Knox Lane-backed Any Hour acquires three home services businesses

• Knox Lane backs growth-oriented businesses in the services and consumer sectors

The Any Hour Group, a provider of home services in the Mountain West region, has acquired three home services businesses Magic Electric; Plumbing, Heating & Air, Perfect Plumbing, Heating & Air; and Strongbuilt USA, according to a source familiar with these deals. No financial terms were disclosed.

Any Hour is backed by Knox Lane.

On the transactions, Wyatt Hepworth, CEO of Any Hour, said in a statement: “We are incredibly excited to add Magic, Perfect, and Strongbuilt to The Any Hour Group, and to partner with their founder-owners to continue growing our businesses together. Founded by Billy Salts in 2013, Magic Electric, Plumbing, Heating & Air is a full-service electrical, plumbing, heating, and air conditioning home service company.

Led by Marty Cullen, Perfect Plumbing, Heating & Air Conditioning has served customers in Boise, Garden City, Nampa, Meridian, Kuna, Caldwell, Star and Eagle, ID, since 1984.

Strongbuilt was founded by military veteran John Schamahorn in 2015.
