Kohlberg & Company has made an investment in Greenwich, Connecticut-based Orthopaedic & Neurosurgery Specialists, a provider of multi-specialty orthopedic and neurosurgery services in Connecticut and Westchester. No financial terms were disclosed. Lazard Middle Market served as financial adviser to ONS on the deal while Houlihan Lokey did likewise for Kohlberg.
