KoolSpan Inc., a Bethesda, Md.-based provider of secure connectivity solutions that for uniting mission-critical network devices, has raised $7.1 million in Series C funding. Security Growth Partners led the round, and was joined by fellow return backers TWJ Capital, Rose Tech Ventures and members of New York Angels. The company has now raised over $21 million in total VC funding since 2003.
