Mr. Kramer will be based in New York. He will oversee all of the firm's non-investment operations as well as its strategic development. He will also be closely involved in developing Quadrangle Asset Management (“QAM”), a new investment vehicle whose formation was announced recently.

Mr. Kramer brings significant organizational and investment management experience to Quadrangle. Steven Rattner, a Managing Principal of Quadrangle, said, “Doug is a terrific addition to our team. His operating experience at Goldman Sachs and his strong track record in portfolio management make him the perfect person to help maximize Quadrangle's potential. This is a very exciting time at Quadrangle. In just the last year we have opened offices in London and Silicon Valley and announced plans to open an office in Hong Kong, in addition to our major new initiative, QAM. We are confident that with the addition of Doug, we are well positioned to effectively manage our growth and to continue to add value to our investments.”
