L Catterton-backed Honest Company sets IPO pricing terms: CNBC

Los Angeles-based Honest Company, a consumer goods company founded by actress Jessica Alba, is targeting an over $1.5 billion valuation for its IPO, reported CNBC.

Los Angeles-based Honest Company, a consumer goods company founded by actress Jessica Alba, is targeting an over $1.5 billion valuation for its IPO after pricing its around 25.8 million shares at a price between $14 and $17 each, reported CNBC. The stock will trade on the NASDAQ under the ticker symbol “HNST.” Morgan Stanley, Jefferies and J.P. Morgan are the lead underwriters. Honest Company’s backers include L Catterton, IVP, Lightspeed Venture Partners, Fidelity and General Catalyst.
