L Squared Capital buys Oracle Elevator Co

L Squared Capital Partners has acquired Oracle Elevator Co. Incline Equity Partners was the seller. Oracle Elevator, of Torrington, Connecticut, is a non-union provider of elevator maintenance, repair, and modernization services across all major brands of equipment. BB&T Capital Markets provided financial advisor to Oracle.

On May 12, 2017, Oracle Elevator Company (collectively with its parent company, OEC Holding Corp., and its subsidiaries, “Oracle” or the “Company”), a portfolio company of Incline Equity Partners (“Incline”), was acquired by L Squared Capital Partners (“L Squared”).
