Landmark Partners has promoted 22 professionals. Among the four promoted to partner are Eddie Keith, Paul Parker, Ira Shaw and Charlie Tingue. Other senior promotions include Michelle Creed to managing director and John Stott, Rob Hershfield and Linda Rowland to director.

Simsbury, Boston, New York and London – Landmark Partners has promoted 22 professionals, including four to partner across its private equity, real estate and real assets investment teams. Founded in 1989, Landmark has one of the longest track records in the secondary industry with more than 100 professionals across four offices.

Among the four promoted to partner are Eddie Keith, Paul Parker, Ira Shaw and Charlie Tingue, each who joined the firm in 2008. Keith focuses on sourcing and negotiating private equity and real assets secondary transactions. Parker and Shaw are members of Landmark’s real estate investment team in the Firm’s London and Boston offices, respectively. Parker focuses on the real estate secondary market in Europe and Asia and Shaw has 11 years of experience in the U.S. real estate market. Tingue is a partner on the private equity team in London, engaged in transaction origination, underwriting and negotiation.

Other senior promotions include Michelle Creed to Managing Director. Creed is based in Simsbury along with John Stott and Linda Rowland, both who were promoted to Director. Rob Hershfield was also promoted to Director and is a member of the Quantitative Research Group. He is based in Boston.

Five professionals were promoted to vice president. Julie Bernodat was promoted on the private equity team. Kilian Toms and Min Zhou were promoted on the real estate investment team. Tom Armstrong and Deivis Valenta were promoted in the Operations Group.
Additional promotions are Matt Saindon to Tax Controller and Alanna Ramirez-Arnold to Manager. Batih van Leer, Colleen Greeley and Shreya Kambhampati were promoted to Senior Associate. Andrew Beaudoin, Nastassja Minaev, Alinah Shahid and Chelsea Stevenson were promoted to Associate.
