Lariat promotes Sartisky to VP

Lariat Partners has promoted Josh Sartisky to vice president. Prior to joining the Denver-based private equity firm, he was an associate at Grey Mountain Partners.


DENVER, August 2, 2018 – Lariat Partners (“Lariat”), a Denver-based private equity firm, announced today the promotion of Josh Sartisky to Vice President. He will continue to evaluate transactions for the firm and focus in particular on investments in the environmental services, consumer, and industrial verticals.

Kevin Mitchell, Co-Founder and Managing Partner of Lariat, said, “Since joining Lariat in 2016 Josh has played a key role in the Ecoserv, Jacent, and Northern Seed transaction processes, and is actively involved in the development of strategic initiatives and on-going support. Prior to joining Lariat as Associate, Mr. Sartisky was an Associate at Grey Mountain Partners, where he executed leveraged buyouts across a number of industries. Prior to Grey Mountain, Josh was an Analyst in the Mergers & Acquisitions group at SunTrust Robinson Humphrey in Atlanta. He is a graduate of Vanderbilt University.
