Vikash Magdani, Membership Director

Vikash Magdani is an entrepreneurial executive with over a decade of international corporate and business development experience within Financial Services, Private Finance and Oil & Energy B2B multi platform media. Before joining Buyouts Insider, Vikash was Partner and still special advisor at Nova Venture Partners LLC and prior to that Chief Investment Officer & Managing Director at The Oil & Gas Council based in NYC & London where he led global partnerships, the Americas business and was chief liaison between the councils global network of international investors and O&G companies.

Vikash’s career in media commenced with Incisive Media Investments LTD, A then Apax Partners company, in London and New York. Vikash is also founder of Capthorne Ventures LLC, an angel investment & go to market advisory to multiple agnostic successful start up’s and small businesses across the globe.

Vikash has a near complete MSc. in International Business from Birkbeck, University College London, A post graduate Diploma in Digital Media Management from Birkbeck, University College London, A certificate in Entrepreneurial Essentials from Harvard Business School and a BSc. with honors in Industrial Systems and Business Management from the University of Westminster, London.

Andrew O’Donnell, Conference Marketing Director

Andrew O’Donnell is Conference Marketing Director of PEI, the financial services division of the company. A marketing alumni of University of Maryland, College Park, Andrew’s background in conference and subscription marketing encompasses motivational leadership and strategy always focusing on ROI.

Throughout his career, Andrew has gained extensive experience in all forms of marketing and event management, including the ability to budget, analyze, organize, and prioritize. A creative problem solver and strategic thinker, Andrew has years of experience in the field with the majority of his time spent in digital marketing and experience design.

Prior to joining, Andrew’s previous experience included overseeing a global portfolio of 80+ events at ALM Media, developing & implementing effective marketing strategies for invite-only leadership forums at Influence Group, and managing integrated marketing campaigns for subscriptions and events at Euromoney Institutional Investor.

A devout foodie, Andrew enjoys exploring & dining at New York City restaurants and pubs and spending time with his family and friends.
