Leading Ridge Capital Partners has acquired substantially all of its operating assets of Blue Raven Technology, a provider of reverse logistics for consumer and commercial electronics products. Terms of the deal were not released. Blue Raven is based in Wilmington, Mass.

Blue Raven Technology, a leading national provider of reverse logistics for consumer and commercial electronics products, announced today that substantially all of its operating assets have been acquired by Leading Ridge Capital Partners.
Headquartered in Wilmington, Massachusetts, Blue Raven has over 25 years of experience providing repair services for a broad array of items including computers, tablets, projectors and embedded systems.
