Leeds divests Knowledge Factor to Polaris Partners

• Amplifire was founded in 2000
• Leeds Equity Partners has managed over $4.5 billion of capital since its inception

Leeds Equity Partners has sold Boulder-based global learning company Knowledge Factor Inc to Polaris Partners. No financial terms were disclosed.

Based in Boulder, Amplifire is a global learning company. It was founded in 2000.

Canaccord Genuity served as financial advisor to Amplifire and Leeds Equity Partners.
