Leeds Equity-backed CeriFi acquires Solomon Exam Prep

CeriFi is a provider of financial education, training and certification solutions to the financial services industry.

CeriFi, a Leeds Equity Partners portfolio company, has acquired Solomon Exam Prep, a provider of securities licensing exam preparation and review materials for FINRA, NASAA, MSRB and NFA licensing exams. No financial terms were disclosed.

Solomon represents the twelfth acquisition for CeriFi, a provider of financial education, training and certification solutions to the financial services industry.
