Legend Holdings led a $60 million Series D funding round in Social Touch, a Chinese mobile social marketing service. The company will use the funding to invest further in marketing SaaS, data analytics, mobile advertisement and new hires.
On Aug. 31, 2015, Social Touch, a leading Chinese mobile social marketing solution provider for enterprise, announced its series D financing, around 60 million dollars, led by Legend Holdings Corporation (hereinafter referred to as Legend Holdings; stock code: 3396.HK). With this round of financing, Social Touch will invest more in marketing SaaS, big data analytics, mobile advertisement and attract more talents.
Founded in 2011, Social Touch keeps its leading position in mobile social marketing solution for enterprise in China. Social Touch has more than 800 talents providing a full-range of marketing related services including strategy, marketing SaaS, big data analytics and mobile advertisement management. Over 150 blue chip brands including P&G, Tencent, Airbnb, Alcon, JD, and Tencent are Social Touch’s key clients.
