Also, DCI has appointed Charbel Zreik as its new CEO while Brandon Cope of Peterson Partners and Rich Kelley of Search Fund Partners have been added to DCI’s board of directors. Through this deal, DCI recruits Charbel Zreik to lead the company’s expansion as its new Chief Executive Officer.
