Lion Electric to merge with SPAC Northern Genesis
Lion Electric Company, a St-Jérôme, Quebec-based maker of electric medium and heavy-duty urban vehicles, has agreed to combine with Northern Genesis Acquisition Corp, a special purpose acquisition company.
