Littlejohn Names New CFO

Kenneth Warren has joined Littlejohn & Co. as chief financial officer. He previously was senior VP of finance for Quadrangle Group. Former Littlejohn CFO Deborah Jorde will now focus on investor relations and fund marketing.

Littlejohn & Co., LLC, a private investment firm that applies an operational approach to building middle-market companies, today announced the appointment of Kenneth Warren as Chief Financial Officer.  The firm also announced that Deborah Jorde, who has been Littlejohn’s Chief Financial Officer since 2001, will take on the role of Investor Relations and Fund Marketing Support.

Mr. Warren joins Littlejohn from the Quadrangle Group LLC where he was the Senior Vice President – Finance, responsible for the hedge fund and asset management businesses. Prior to joining Quadrangle in 2005, Mr. Warren was the Chief Financial Officer at Clearwater Capital Partners, LLC where he was responsible for all aspects of accounting, investor relations, operations and financial affairs. His prior experience includes Credit Suisse First Boston, The Beacon Group and Arthur Andersen. Mr. Warren is a certified public accountant and an attorney and holds a J.D. with tax honors from Rutgers School of Law and a B.S. from Providence College.

 
Ms. Jorde joined Littlejohn in June 2001 from private equity firm Rutledge Capital where she served as chief financial officer and controller over a five year period. Prior to that, she spent eight years at Coopers & Lybrand where she was an audit manager serving clients in the manufacturing, consumer products, telecommunications, and private equity industries. Ms. Jorde received a B.A. in Accounting from Pace University and is a certified public accountant.
