Jordan Tongalson was promoted to managing director, business development; Robert Creighton has become a principal; and Aaron Wasserman and Jack Wigdale were promoted to vice president. And, in the special situations group, Bart Stout was promoted to principal while Kaitlyn Marcinek was promoted to controller in the operations & administration group,

GREENWICH, CT – January 30, 2020 — Littlejohn & Co., LLC (“Littlejohn”), a private investment firm based in Greenwich, CT, today announced it has promoted six individuals across firm disciplines. In the Private Equity group, Jordan Tongalson was promoted to Managing Director, Business Development, Robert Creighton was promoted to Principal, and Aaron Wasserman and Jack Wigdale were promoted to Vice President. In the Special Situations group, Bart Stout was promoted to Principal, and in the Operations & Administration group, Kaitlyn Marcinek was promoted to Controller.

Mr. Tongalson joined Littlejohn in 2015 from Morgan Stanley where he was an Executive Director in the Global Industrials Group. Mr. Tongalson previously served as a Vice President at The Blackstone Group where he advised on M&A, restructuring and private equity transactions in a variety of industries.

Mr. Creighton is closely involved with several of Littlejohn’s portfolio companies and currently serves on the board of directors at PlayPower Holdings. Since joining the firm in 2010, he has worked with Cornerstone Chemicals, Latham International, Direct Chassis Link, Inc., Cosmetic Essence, Inc., and Synchronous Aerospace Group. Mr. Creighton joined Littlejohn from Brantley Partners where he served as an Associate assisting portfolio companies and evaluating investments.
Mr. Stout joined Littlejohn in 2011 as an Associate in the private equity group from Harris Williams & Co. where he served as an analyst in mergers and acquisitions across an array of industries.

Mr. Wasserman joined Littlejohn in 2017 as a Senior Associate from Morgan Stanley Capital Partners, where he evaluated and executed investments across a variety of industries, engaged in all aspects of the investment process.

Mr. Wigdale joined the Littlejohn team in 2014 from Robert W. Baird & Company where he was an analyst assisting on M&A transactions in the Industrials Group.

Ms. Marcinek joined Littlejohn in 2016 from PriceWaterhouseCoopers, where she served as an auditor for mutual and alternative funds.
