Catalano has spent over 13 years in the technology sector including Internet Services, Consumer Electronics, Broadband, Telecommunications, Enterprise IT, and Digital Media. Prior to joining Livingstone, Paul was Managing Partner at RelevantC Business Group (RCBG), where he led its Strategy and M&A Advisory practice and advised over 150 clients in their market expansion activities.

Catalano previously held positions with Hewlett-Packard and Texas Instruments. He earned an M.B.A. from the University of Chicago Graduate School of Business and a B.S. in Engineering from Southern Methodist University.
Hassman also joins the firm with a decade of technology sector experience and from RCBG, where he advised global technology companies and venture capital firms. Hassman previously held corporate development roles at Motorola and Level 3 Communications. He earned an M.B.A. from the
