Lixiang Automotive, a Chinese electric vehicle maker, has filed for a U.S. IPO, reported Reuters.

Lixiang Automotive, a Chinese electric vehicle maker, has filed for a U.S. IPO, reported Reuters. Lixiang is seeking to raise at least $500 million for the IPO, which will reportedly take place as early as the first half of 2020. Lixiang hired Goldman Sachs to lead the deal. The company’s backers include Source Code Capital.
