LLCP adds MD and associate director to London office

Levine Leichtman Capital Partners hired Josh Kaufman as managing director and Luc Sandmann as associate director for its London office, according to a news release. Both Kaufman and Sandmann will focus on structured equity investments across the UK and Northern Europe.

Kaufman previously worked at LLCP from 2011 to 2016. Prior to re-joining LLCP, Kaufman was a partner at Inflexion Private Equity Partners. His previous experience includes working at Leeds Equity Partners in New York and Robert W. Baird in Chicago.

Prior to joining LLCP, Sandmann worked at Active Capital Company, an Amsterdam-based private equity firm. Previously, he worked as an investment banker at Lazard’s M&A advisory practice.

With offices in Los Angeles, New York, Dallas, Chicago, Charlotte, Miami, London, Stockholm and The Hague, LLCP currently manages $6.9 billion of assets.
