Lone Star exits Alliance Hotel Group

Lone Star has sold Alliance Hotel Group to LFPI. No financial terms were disclosed. Alliance Hotel Group comprises 12 hotels.


LFPI recently acquired Alliance Hotel Group from Lone Star. The group comprises twelve hotels, positioned as three and four star offerings, located in Greater Paris as well as key regional cities. With these additional 1,913 rooms, the LFPI Group is able to grow its hotel investment portfolio.

In this sector for more than ten years, LFPI Group remains active in seeking new opportunities in the hotel and leisure business, in France and in Germany. LPFI Group’s strategy consists of being an owner and operator of budget and mid-scale hotels via acquisition of single assets or portfolios. LFPI Group also provides hotel management solutions for third party owners. Main brands of hotels operated by LFPI Group include Timhotel (15 hotels in Paris), Louvre Hôtels (Campanile, Kyriad, Première Classe), Accor (Mercure, Ibis), InterContinental Hôtels Group (Crown Plaza, Indigo) and Best Western.

Following this acquisition, LFPI Group owns and/or operates a portfolio of 74 hotels (64 in France and 10 in Germany), totalling more than 6.000 rooms.
