PRESS RELEASE

Long Ridge Equity Partners is pleased to announce a majority growth capital investment in ProcessUnity, Inc. (“ProcessUnity”). This represents the fourth platform investment for Long Ridge Equity Partners II, following our prior investments in Broadway Technology, Ametros Financial Corporation, and SALI Fund Services.

Founded in 2003, ProcessUnity is a leading software-as-a-service provider for integrated risk management. It offers highly configurable, easily deployed cloud-based tools to address a variety of applications including Third-Party Risk Management, Policy & Procedure Management and Operational Risk Management.
Many of the world’s leading companies have adopted ProcessUnity’s Vendor Cloud solution to automate the onboarding, due diligence and assessment processes associated with Third-Party Risk Management – shifting away from manual spreadsheets or legacy systems. ProcessUnity helps mitigate brand and reputational risk by providing a holistic view of an organization’s vendor population, including visibility into vendor security practices, policies and performance.

In connection with the investment, Jim Brown, Kevin Bhatt, and Jason Melton will join the ProcessUnity Board of Directors.
