Lumber Liquidators Inc., a Toano, Va.-based direct retailer of hardwood flooring, has filed for a $150 million IPO. It plans to trade on the NYSE under ticker symbol LL, with Goldman Sachs and Merrill Lynch serving as co-lead underwriters.
