Canadian private equity firm Lynx Equity has acquired Integrity Signs Inc, a Calgary-based signage business.
No financial terms were disclosed.
Established in 1980 as a vinyl sign shop, Integrity Signs has since expanded into a full-service sign manufacturing and installation facility.
The company will join Lynx’s other signage-based portfolio investments, all of them located in Ontario.
Earlier this year, Lynx acquired Safe-Tech Training Inc, a Bolton, Ontario-based industrial safety specialist.
Lynx Equity Limited is pleased to announce the acquisition of Calgary, Alberta’s Integrity Signs. Founded in 1980 as a vinyl sign shop, Integrity Signs has grown to become one of Calgary’s leading full service sign manufacturing and installation facilities. This growth has been facilitated by continual investment in cutting edge technology, as well as a focus on exceptional service and high quality workmanship.
“This acquisition will further strengthen the relationship between Integrity Signs and our exciting portfolio companies operating in the industry,” commented Brad Nathan, President at Lynx Equity. “This opportunity for collaboration, combined with Integrity’s reputation for excellence, made this transaction an obvious choice for us.”
Lynx’s current signage-based portfolio companies are all located throughout Ontario. We look forward to expanding our geographic footprint in this industry.
