M-III Partners hires two restructuring and turnaround executives

The advisory firm hired Thomas Biaggi, who worked for more than 35 years at Bank of America Merrill Lynch, and Keshav Lall, who previously worked as president of global special opportunities and CEO and chairman of Essar Capital Americas.
