M2O Private Fund Advisors has promoted Quinn Kolberg and Lacey Laken to principal.

M2O Private Fund Advisors has promoted Quinn Kolberg and Lacey Laken to principal. Also, M2O upped Michael Ballou to senior associate and Evan Pié to associate.

M2O Private Fund Advisors (“M2O”) is pleased to announce the following promotions effective January 1, 2022: Quinn Kolberg to Principal, Lacey Laken to Principal, Michael Ballou to Senior Associate and Evan Pié to Associate.

Quinn Kolberg joined M2O in 2014 as an Analyst and most recently served as a Vice President. He focuses on the execution of GP-led secondary advisory mandates and primary distribution. In September 2021, Quinn was selected as a Next Gen Leaders of Secondaries: Class of 2021 by Private Equity International.

Lacey Laken joined M2O in 2019 as a Vice President. She focuses on project management, advisory and distribution within M2O’s primary fund business. Lacey began her career as a restructuring lawyer at Weil, Gotshal & Manges LLP and Fried, Frank, Harris, Shriver & Jacobson LLP. Prior to joining M2O, she worked at Houlihan Lokey and Morrison & Foerster LLP in business development roles.

Michael Ballou joined M2O in 2021 as an Associate. He focuses on the sourcing and execution of LP-led secondary advisory mandates. Prior to joining M2O, Mike was a member of the secondary team at Triago. He began his career in the deals practice at PwC.

Evan Pié joined M2O in 2019 as an Analyst and most recently served as a Senior Analyst. He focuses on the execution of GP and LP-led secondary advisory mandates.
