M2O Private Fund Advisors, a private equity placement and advisory firm, has named Michael Venit as a principal. Previously, Venit worked at Atlantic-Pacific Capital.

Mr. Venit will be primarily responsible for advisory, project management and origination efforts within M2O’s primary fundraising business.
Prior to joining M2O, Mr. Venit spent over eight years at Atlantic-Pacific Capital, a global private-placement and advisory firm. During his time at Atlantic-Pacific, Mr. Venit focused on advisory and project management for private fund placements across a variety of asset classes, including buyout, growth equity, private credit, venture capital and real assets. Mr. Venit began his career at Cambridge Associates as an analyst focused on private investments.
