IGM, Great-West to acquire non-controlling stake in Northleaf
IGM Financial's Mackenzie Investments and Great-West Lifeco have agreed to acquire a non-controlling interest in Northleaf Capital Partners, a Canadian private equity, private credit and infrastructure fund manager.
