We know the people behind Main for more than four years and there is plenty of mutual appreciation. Together with them, we have great confidence in the healthy growth of our business.”

Cooperation Denit – Main Capital
Denit and Main Capital see many opportunities to jointly expand the existing business. Due to the large network of Main Capital in the software industry, we will continue to focus on a specialized hosting proposition for IT and SaaS/software companies. We will focus on innovation, expansion and excellent dialogue with the customer in order to operate these businesses optimally. In addition, Main Capital can add value to the acquisition strategy of Denit. There will be an explicit focus on add-on acquisitions.

Pieter van Bodegraven (Partner at Main Capital): “Main Capital continuously deals with hosting issues within the software companies in which we invest. Due to the increasing shift to SaaS, this demand will increase in the coming years.
