Manna Tree Partners closed its debut fund on $141.5 million for investments in the supply chain into companies that produce healthy, sustainable ingredients. Capital came from 131 investors in 18 countries. Manna Tree made four investments to date: pasture-raised egg brand Vital Farms, MycoTechnology, which makes products using mushroom proteins, Nutriati, which makes proprietary plant-based ingredients, and pasture-raised, organic beef brand Verde Farms. The firm was formed in 2018 by CEO Gabrielle Rubenstein (daughter of Carlyle Group co-founder David Rubenstein), CIO Ross Iverson and COO Brent Drever.

Manna Tree Partners was founded in 2018 by Gabrielle Rubenstein, CEO; Ross Iverson, CIO; and Brent Drever, COO. Manna Tree Partners Fund I has made four investments to date.

131 investors in 18 countries from around the world committed capital to Fund I, including private wealth managers, corporate venture partners, family offices and high net worth individuals. 30% of investors in the fund are women.
