Marlin Equity Partners has closed its buy of Resolution1 Security, a provider of endpoint threat detection and automated incident response cybersecurity solutions. Also, Marlin has merged Resolution1 with portfolio company Fidelis Cybersecurity. No financial terms were disclosed.
