Marlin Equity Picks up Progressive Solutions

Progressive Solutions, the Canadian enterprise management software company, is being acquired by Marlin Equity Partners. The company will be integrated into Solarsoft, an existing Marlin portfolio company. Specifics on the transaction were not publicized.
