I help professional service providers including lawyers, financial services and governmental relations professionals from throughout the world — design and implement comprehensive domestic and cross-border business development programs merging direct sales efforts, proactive referral relationship cultivation and social media engagement to secure new clients. I work with large, small and medium-sized firms as well as practice groups and individual clients. I always tailor my services to help achieve the unique goals of each client.
I have extensive experience gained in senior international business development roles in investment banking, law and governmental relations. I have successfully assisted clients develop new business ranging from Fortune 500 to FTSE 1000 corporations to middle market privately held companies — to foreign sovereign governments, non-governmental organizations, national trade associations and many others.
Before I focused my career on international business development advisement – I held senior level roles in government and public affairs, including service as a writer to the President of the United States in the White House. I am licensed to practice law in the District of Columbia and hold a Juris Doctor from the University of San Diego School of Law.
I am also founder of the LinkedIn Group International Business Development Blog and subgroups of this group focused on legal, governmental relations and financial services business development.
