Merit Capital Partners exits SPI

Merit Capital Partners has divested its stake in Sales Performance International. No financial terms were disclosed. Based in Charlotte, NC, SPI is a sales and marketing management consulting firm.

Merit Capital Partners recently completed the successful exit of its investment in Sales Performance International, Inc. (“SPI” or the “Company”), representing the final exit for Merit’s Fund III.

SPI, headquartered in Charlotte, North Carolina, is a global sales performance improvement firm dedicated to helping the world’s leading corporations elevate their sales relationships and drive measurable, sustainable revenue growth and operational sales performance improvement.
