Law firm Morgan Lewis has named M&A lawyer Jeff S. Dinerstein as a partner. His background includes advising clients on M&A deals and representing private equity funds and their portfolio companies. Dinerstein is based in the firm’s Houston office.
HOUSTON, June 4, 2018: Morgan Lewis today welcomes Jeff S. Dinerstein, a veteran corporate lawyer with an extensive background in representing clients in mergers and acquisitions, continuing the robust expansion of the firm’s Houston office.
Mr. Dinerstein, who joins Morgan Lewis as a partner from another global law firm, has advised clients on a wide variety of M&A transactions, including the representation of private equity funds and their portfolio companies. He frequently represents companies and their owners in change-of-control transactions involving either financial or strategic buyers. Additionally, he has counseled clients on numerous contractual issues, focusing on, among other things, master service agreements, supply contracts, and distribution agreements.
