Moss Inc., a provider of tensioned fabric solutions to the retail and event markets, has acquired the Pink Inc., a New York-based provider of tensioned fabric solutions used to enhance visual environments and event atmospheres. No financial terms were disclosed. Moss is a portfolio company of Century Park Capital Partners.
Century Park Capital Partners is pleased to announce that Moss Inc., a leading provider of tensioned fabric solutions to the exhibit, event, and retail interiors industries, has acquired the inventory and trade name of Pink Inc. This new venture will allow Moss to further bolster its event product offering.

Debra’s office will remain in New York City, allowing Moss to have a strategic presence in that critical geography.
