TIA Technology, which is backed by EQT, said Friday that Liselotte Munk has left her position as CEO. Jakob Schou Meding was named TIA’s CEO. Meding most recently came from HP where he was a Managing Director in Denmark.

TIA Technology has in recent years positioned itself as a leader in standardized software solutions for the insurance industry. TIA Technology is now preparing for the next development phase and the new CEO Jakob Schou Meding will focus on, in close cooperation with management and colleagues, in establishing an even stronger footprint in the EMEA insurance sector.

Jakob Schou Meding comes most recently from HP as Managing Director in Denmark and previous to that held senior positions at Damgaard, Navision, Microsoft and Norriq. Jakob brings vast competence from managing substantial projects and complicated, financial software solutions to clients with complex demands, in Denmark and internationally. Jakob joins TIA Technology on March 1, 2015.

After seven successful years within TIA Technology, Liselotte Munk has decided to leave her position as CEO.

“TIA Technology is in an exciting phase and Jakob brings relevant skills to achieve our ambitious future goals. Liselotte has strongly contributed to TIA Technology’s development and has done a great job over the years. Jakob will now continue to drive the business forward,” says Vagn Sørensen, Chairman of TIA Technology.
