Neal Moszkowski, co-CEO of TowerBrook Capital Partners, has stepped down from the board of directors at JetBLue Airways Corp. (Nasdaq: JBLU). He originally joined the board ten years ago, to represent JetBlue investor Soros Private Equity.

Mr. Moszkowski is currently co-chief executive officer of TowerBrook Capital Partners, LP. As a founding Board member of JetBlue Airways, he originally represented the Soros Private Equity Partners LLC investment in the airline. Mr. Moszkowski ended his service on the JetBlue Board of Directors on February 12, 2009.
