Net Health, which is backed by Spectrum Equity, has acquired Integritas. Financial terms were not announced. Monterey, Calif.-based Integritas develops ambulatory EMR software for medical providers, including hospitals, health systems, and independently owned physician practices.
PITTSBURGH, PA – May 21, 2013 – Net Health, the leading provider of clinical solutions for outpatient specialty care, announced today the acquisition of Integritas, Inc., a provider of integrated clinical EMR and practice management solutions for the growing urgent care, occupational health, and hospital employee health markets.
